Zaroob

Image
Zaroob is a well known name among Arabic restaurants. I've been to their other outlets and the food was good.  As soon as we entered, I noticed that the staff is friendly. One of my friend was vegetarian and she wanted to check if they've got enough choice of vegetarian food. The staff was glad to help and explained all the items that are available in vegetarian.  We started off with hummus and a stuffed falafel, along with a lemonade.  The hummus tasted really good, and the quantity was good too. Zaroob being Zaroob , they get their hummus right.  This stuffed falafel came along with tahina sauce, and khaboos, parsley, and pickled radish. When you have it all together, it tastes great; a tad bit dry though.  The lemonade was served in a nice mason jar.  They had foul (chick peas) too; and one of the dishes is foul jar . The name looked interesting. They actually serve this in a jar. It looks like some dish served during the olden days....
