 This is a Mexican restaurant located in Al Safa and they invited me to try out their food. It's located in an area which I never would have though has a nice restaurant.  The interiors are really nice. It's not too big, but feels cozy. They've kept the vibe casual. The place also serves alcohol. We started with some mocktails. I really loved the red trouble . It's got chilli, mint, raspberry, lime and soda. The raspberry and chilli combination was great. It might get a tad bit spicy for some, but worth trying if you like spicy stuff. The other mocktail was el dorado . It's got lemongrass, rosemary, lemon, elderflower, apple and soda. It has a flowery, yet tangy taste to it, and was quite good.  We munched on some nachos with guacamole as they got us our food. We started with their chicken wings . It had a nice flavour to it. We were in the mood for some Mexican food that weekend and decided to check out this place. I like the ambience better than the other outlet that I visited last month.  While we waited for our food, they got us some tortilla chips to munch on.  We started with the chicken flautas. These is basically a crispy rolled chicken fried tacos. Inside is a filling of some lettuce, cheese, sour cream. Take a bit and it does feel very satisfying.  For the mains, we had a chicken fajita which is marinated chicken served on a pan along with sizzling vegetables. On the side is guac, sour cream, and pico de gallo. It did taste really good.  Next was the rib eye taco. It's interesting to see them do this in the form of a taco. It was flavourful and we really liked it.  Last, but not the least, I called for a burrito. It did look a little smaller than expected but was filling. Inside was chicken along with beans and rice. This is a fun and chilled out place with some good Mexican food.  We started with some queso fundido . This is a dish made basically of melted cheese, and has your choice of meat in it. We asked the chicken one. If you're a cheese lover, this is cheese heaven. It does taste quite good, although after a bite or two I thought it was a cheese overload, and a tad bit dry.  They have guacamole as a starter and it is due to the quantity as well as the fact that they prepare it in front of you. It was made in a big wooden bowl and was heavenly. We relished it with tortilla chips.  I was in a mood for some soup, and ordered the crema de frijoles (bean soup). It was thick and really flavourful. I loved the creamy texture that it had to it.  We then ordered the taquitos potato. These are basically a rolled up tortilla with a filling of your choice. This is a casual place in Design district that invited us to try the lovely food and beverages. The word Noctambulo means nocturnal (a night owl) in Mexican. I was pleasantly surprised to see a place so casual in this area. The ambience is dimly lit, of which I am not a big fan. They play Spanish songs and the place has a Mexican vibe to it. They have some really interesting Mexican drinks. The chelato caught my attention and I asked them what is it. It is a mix of sauces (poison sauce, lime juice, lemon pepper & tajin chili) that tastes like tomatoes and is spicy. It is had along with beer. This was totally new to me and I called for this. They got a glass half-filled with this and I asked for Sol as my beer. You pour the beer in this and have. It was something I had never had before. It tasted a bit like Bloody Mary. This is a Portuguese and Mexican restaurant in Century village. I really liked the outside seating since the weather is great and there are a lot of trees and nature there too. I was invited here to try out their food.  We started with the non-veg tapas platter . My favourite in this were the wasabi prawns. They amount of wasabi was just right. They were served in a tortilla basket.  The panko fish was also quite good and crispy.  The skewers were not bad. The flavour was good, but they felt a bit dry.
