Kebab Grill - Indian fusion
They've recently opened their new outlet in Business Bay and they invited me to try out the food. I really liked the interiors here. They've used shades of green, brown, and white and I'm a fan of this colour scheme. This restaurant has a concept of fusion Indian food. What I liked about their setup was the fact that the plates and cutlery on the table was wrapped and kept in plastic for hygiene reasons, and only opened after we sat at the table. For our appetiser, we started with the KG special prawn which is basically peri peri prawn. These were king prawns and I really loved their taste. Next we had the basil and olive smoked chicken . It is somewhat like malai chicken tikka but with basil and olive. The flavours are subtle although really nice. The quantity was good too. They also have fresh coconut water .
