T lounge by Dilmah
Tea is something many of us have as soon as we get up, or when we're tired, or just about any time of the day. A tea should also be paired with the right food, if you want to get the best taste. A good pairing is made when the tea's flavor and aroma matches or accentuates the flavors in the food. I was invited at T-Lounge by Dilmah for some tea tasting along with food pairing. This place is really classy, and rightfully called "lounge"; it isn't your regular tea shop. The whole place has a very upmarket feel to it. They've got a wall studded with different teas, and a wide variety overall. We had four teas with specific food suggested to be had along with each, to bring out the best flavor; and later also tried a very rare and special tea at the end.
