SMK - Smoked Meat Kitchen
Smoked Meat Kitchen - the name itself sound intriguing since I love things that are smoked. It's got a totally different flavour to it. I was invited to try out their delicious selection of meats. This is a small outlet, but their food is so good that you just can't get enough. Also, it is located beside the beach, so when the weather is cooler, it would also feel great to sit here. From the name, you can tell that their speciality is smoking the meat. They started by smoking some beef ribs in front of us. Just watching it also was making us hungry. They torched it for about a minute or two. After that, the meat just came off the bone. It could also be cut really easily. We tried a bite, and were left wanting for more. It was soft, juicy, and full of flavour. When you order it, it will be served with celery slaw, and you can eat it with a spork (which I find an extremely practical invention).
