The Farm - Al barari

If you want to dine in nature, this is definitely the best place in Dubai to go to. If you haven't been to Al Barari before, then let me tell you that you'll see a lot of greenery right from the time you enter the area.  The Farm has a dining area which is open-air and I would suggest sitting there (weather permitting), and there is also an indoor dining space.  A prior reservation is highly recommended.  We started with the fresh orange juice , and the Purifier which is a mix of carrot, orange, cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves. Both of them were fresh and tasted really good.  They got us some foccacia bread as we waited for our food. I found this yummy too. They gave some pesto along with it.  We started with the gnocchi . It had a cheesy and tomato based flavour to it. It did taste really very good, but felt a bit dry after a few bites.  The paneer butter masala was really nice, and not too spicy. Organic Products at Lulu

Lately, the culture of Organic food is rising as we realize the importance of preserving biodiversity and maintaining ecological balance. People are aware of Organic foods, but the availability is limited. Lulu aims to make Organic food easily available to all, and so they have come up with a whole range of organic products. They have about 1,200 * products in all, which is truly a large number. They have something Organic in just about every category. What astonished me the most was the t-shirts . They're made from organically grown cotton, and cost just AED 19. This is less than a third of the price of most t-shirts that we see in stores these days.  Another product which left me surprised was the Organic diapers .
