Falafel farm

I was looking for a place to go for breakfast with my parents who are vegetarian, and this place comes pretty close. Apart from egg, they don't serve anything that's not vegetarian.
Finding this place was a tad bit difficult as the road dosn't lead right until there. Also, parking was in an open ground. So my initial impressions weren't that great.
As we entered, we totally loved the ambiance. It is cozy, a bit rustic, small and earthy. You see the spices & condiments and a few plants as you enter.

We were the only ones at that hour here.
We ordered a classic falafel pocket, a spicy falafel pocket, and a salad box
The lady at the counter took our order. At that time, there was just her, and no other staff. After a few minutes, we wanted to order something more, and we couldn't even see her from where we were sitting. We waited for a bit, and then I had to get up and call her. This was a bit annoying. Though they may not be expecting too many customers at this hour, I do expect them to be staffed adequately.
The classic falafel was good. It was made well. The spicy falafel wasn't exactly spicy for my taste. It was okay overall. Also, the sauces from the 'pocket' were falling out making it quite messy to have.
As for the drinks, we had a lemonade and an orange juice. Both of them were great, and made fresh.

We also ordered a moutabel and fries later. The fries took some time to arrive; may be they were making it fresh from scratch.
The moutabel was quite nice and had a lot of pomegranate on top. The fries were crispy and had a good quantity.

This place feels really calm if you go there in the early hours, and the food is good too; but not having staff to attend you when required was really annoying for us.
