Mighty Quinn's BBQ

This is a place that serves some amazing bbqs and there's more to it than just that. The secret to the amazing flavour is that they do not grill it on fire, but barbeque it on smoke
Various meats are barbequed for different times. More on that later.
They invited me to try out their famous brisket, and more.

This brand is born in NYC, and as soon as you enter, it gives you nice feel coupled with the rustic ambience. The interiors are a bit dimly lit, but complement the fell well.

Among their starters, they suggested the chicken wings. These were juicy and soft too. At first bite, I didn't get all that much of a flavour, but when I had it with the sauce that's when I got the amazing flavours. The sauce is where the magic is. The sauce might be a bit spicy for some, but it's well worth it.

The next one was the baked mac and cheese. This one was delicious and really cheesy; although if you're expecting a cheese pull, it does not have that.

Another delicious starter is the beef chilli. It is slow smoked beef chilli served with tortillas, sour cream, and jack cheese. This can get really filling though, so I'd suggest to order it moderately.

As I was saying earlier, they're famous for their brisket, and we just had to try it out. The brisket is slow smoked for 16-20 hours. We were told that it might have a bit of red colour on it, and that is just the reaction of the meat with the particular wood that is used.
This looked tempting and had the smokey flavour to it. One bite, and we could really get the flavours of this one. It tasted pretty good.

The next item that we just had to try was the Brontosaurus rib. Worry not, this isn't a dinosaur but that's what they call their Beef rib. [But that reminds me, that the restaurant is located right at the tail of the dinosaur skeleton in Dubai Mall]. This one is slow smoked for 8-10 hours.
This was a huge piece, and 2 people can easily have this one, though we were told that there are a lot of connoisseurs who have it whole by themselves. It costs AED 250, and it is really big, so I'm guessing that the person would have to be really famished for that to happen.
I dug my fork in this one, and the meat was so soft that it came off effortlessly. I was pleasantly surprised to see this. Also, this just melted in our mouth and we totally loved this one. It tastes so flavourful that you do not need any add-ons with this one. I liked it more than the brisket.

They do have a few sides if you'd like some.
One of them was the mac n cheese balls. They're served with a delicious sauce and are a perfect side dish.

For drinks we had the passion fruit mojito which was zesty and really refreshing.

They also have a pomegranate and strawberry mojito. Both of these fruits were my friend's favourite who obviously liked this mojito. This one too was pretty good; maybe a little on the sweeter side.

If you're a fan of shakes, they've got those too, and we tried the S'Mores shake. This one was good, but we were expecting more from it.

For dessert, we had the chocolate fondant. It is served with a scoop of ice-cream, and it is indulgent. It was warm and gooey, and a sweet way to end our meal.
