It goes unsaid that the ambiance of this place is great. It is old English style and great to sit for a long time. They've got a smoking and a non-smoking section. We sat in the non-smoking one which was quieter.
We started with a mix berries milkshake. The berries in this tasted great and the consistency was good too. Not too thick.
We also ordered an ice-tea, but they completely forgot, and by that time we had liked this milkshake so much that we ordered another one.
They've got really good eggs, and we couldn't resist ordering.
We had an eggs Florentine. It consists of poached eggs and spinach on an English muffin. It also has salmon, which we replaced with mushrooms. The eggs were done right and tasted delicious. It is served along with hollandaise sauce which goes with it very well, and also roasted potatoes.
They've got all-day breakfast and I ordered the English breakfast. It has a lot of things - eggs (your way), chicken sausage, beef bacon, baked beans with toast, roasted potatoes, juice, and coffee.That's a lot of things and for AED 58, I think it's totally worth it.
I asked for the Spanish omelette which was thick and fluffy. It lacked salt though. The beef bacon was great. It was a little crispy just like it should be. The roasted chicken sausages were flavorful. The beans were not bad.
I asked for the grapefruit juice along with it which was nice and sour; and for the coffee, it was a latte; served in a tall glass.
Though the seating inside was quiet, the staff was fairly attentive and we didn't have to wait long to get the attention of a waiter.
Another thing which I really liked, is that in spite of it being in a mall, you can park right outside and don't have to walk all the way to get there.
