Gossip
The name is so catchy and there is always some time for 'gos', isn't there?
We went there late at night for a cup of coffee and some dessert. The place was pretty quiet and hardly any customers there. It is a nice and bright ambiance.
We started with a latte. This looked good and was served in a nice cup, but the taste was bad. We did not like it at all. This isn't what coffee should be like.
In the mood for something sweet, we had a look at the menu, and wanted to order all of the items. Finally, we asked the waiter what is good, and he suggested us the Lotus French Toast. The name sounded interesting. French toast is something that I like, and Lotus should make it even better.
The toast was served with two scoops of ice-cream, and LOADS of Lotus syrup on the side.
The bread was freshly toasted and was hot and crispy. One bite and it felt heavenly. We just could not contain ourself at that. We poured some more lotus on it, and that made it even better. We totally loved this one.
Towards the end, it felt a bit too sweet, and there were the two of us. For one person this would be mission impossible.
