Arz Lebanon - Karama
This partiuclar outlet has started just a few months ago, and I've bee a fan since I tried out the food at their other outlet.
The ambiance is great. There's two floors of seating. We sat at the one on top, and it was quiet; we were the only ones there. Service though, was nice. The staff was attentive, and we did not have to wait long if we wanted something.
Started with two types of Hummus' - The hummus beiruty (it is with a hint of garlic), and the hummus tahina. Both of them were really good. They were thick and had a good consistency. Served with hot bread.
As for the mains, we had a steak with pepper. This one was really delicious. It was served with grilled vegetables, and fries on the side. We loved the taste of the pepper sauce that it was made in.
We had a falafel too. Many times, the falafel is a too dry, but this one wasn't. It was crunchy and flavorful, and served with tahina sauce. The portion size was bigger than usual, and it was very filling overall.
We ordered for a makbous chicken, like the one we saw in the picture, but that exact one wasn't available, so they got us the biryani style i.e. the one which has rice mixed with chicken. The chicken tasted great, and it was served hot and had a gnerous amount of chicken in it. It was served with yoghurt alongside.
You should definitely check this place out for some amazing Lebanese food.
