Soulfull

The food here touches your soul. It is not just healthy, but also innovative.
I was invited for a tasting here, and as soon as I saw it from far, I noticed the green ambiance. The interiors too give a very healthy feel.

We started off with the mango ginger lemonata. It is a refreshing drink that is a bit tangy; and the overtones of ginger made us love it to the core. I definitely recommend having this.

Along with this we had the pumpkin falafel. The pumpkin tasted pretty good and the falafels overall had a good taste, but were a bit too soft and squishy for a falafel.
I've recently become a fan of the sweet potato fries. They have the baked ones which we had. These tasted okay. They needed to be more crispier.

Every day they have a special soup of the day. This particular day it was the carrot coconut. I'm not a big fan of coconut, but the flavor of coconut is extremely mild in this one. Also, the soup is thick so it is kinda filling too. Served along with bread.

Then they got us some baked chicken strips. These were coated with quinoa and baked. They were really good. Served along with a honey mustard dip which went really well with it. It tasted quite healthy.

How could we miss out on a salad in such a healthy place?! So the grilled veg with halloumi it was. The vegetables tasted very nice in this one, but the halloumi was hard and we didn't enjoy it much.

A very tempting combination is the chicken avocado, as most people love both of these. This is a toasted sandwich that has chicken and avocado. It was delicious, and served along with baked potatoes and a salad. A meal in itself.

To quench our thirst mid-meal, we had - you got me. That's the name of the drink. It is a smoothie containing banana, mango, yoghurt, orange, and turmeric. So refreshing and filling. Liked this one a lot. Their smoothies are really good, and as you can see, innovative.

If you're a fan of noodles, but looking for an healthy option, they've got zoodles (zucchini noodles). The dish is called zuccini with kale and brussel sprouts. It is served warm and tasted a little bit like boiled vegetables, in the shape of noodles. Since I love boiled vegetables, I found this to be amazing.

For all of you 'desi' people, they've got you covered too; there's biryani. Wait, the healthy one. So it is quinoa biryani! It is served hot, and is orange in color.  It has got some dry-fuits in it too. It was okay. I found it to be too moist. It needs to be a little dry for a biryani.

After all these healthy options, I was looking for something meaty, and the chicken skewers caught my attention. They have the persian chicken skewer, which is chicken with a pesto marination, and sounded interesting. I ordered one of this, and it was delicious. The taste was fantastic, and the price is very reasonable too.

For sweets, they've got a few options. Energy protein bites was something interesting. They have a few types of them. We like the chocolate one, but didn't quite enjoy the matcha one.

They have the banana bread which is pretty good, and the fudgy brownie which you have to try. That one is great.

We had a lot of food as you can see, and the restaurant manager Rajeesh was a super nice guy. From the very beginning he took good care of us, and also explained all the dishes and how they make it. The restaurant has many branches, but to keep things fresh, do not use a centralized kitchen, instead everything is made and consumed the same day.

This place also delivers to nearby areas, so you can definitely order from there.
It gets a bit crowded during the afternoon due to the office-goers, but at night when I went, it was empty.
Overall, a very healthy restaurant, with innovative dishes, at a reasonable price.
