Joory & Cadi
It's been just a few months that the place has opened. It has got a good ambience, with quotations all over the place, and the best part is the open kitchen. You can see them make most of the dishes.
A few of us blogger were invited to this place, and we had some delicious dishes.
We started off with the buffalo wings, and the mozzarella sticks.
The buffalo wings were soft and spicy and were done really well. You could feel that they were juicy in every bite.
The mozzarella sticks tasted good too, although they weren't as cheesy as expected.
Then we had the broccoli soup which was creamy and you could get pieces of broccoli in each bite.
For salads, there was the avocado salad, which was really fresh, and the Greek salad which had ample amount of cheese in it, and was fresh too.
Now moving on to the Italian main course. We had three types of pasta.
My favorite was the fettuccine. It was very cheesy and really delicious and had mushroom in it too. I can definitely vouch for it.
The penne arrabiata wasn't too bad. I felt there could have been a bit more flavor to it.
The spaghetti bolognese was good, but felt a bit dry.
For pizzas, we had a vegetarian pizza which tasted really good. It had a generous amount of vegetables on it, and was cheesy as well.
The chicken bbq pizza was good too. The pieces of chicken tasted well.
The best part is that you can see them make the pizzas in front of you. You can see them go in the furnace and come out ready to eat.
Their beverages are good too. We tried the lemon mint juice, various ice teas and they all were really good. I especially like the orange juice which was freshly squeezed.
Their milkshakes too are brilliant. We had the Smores Freak Shake which was thick and sweet, and had overtones of vanilla, and I wanted some more of it. The coffee milk shake did not fail to impress either.
For sweet endings, we had the Oreo cheesecake. This was good, but a bit too creamy for my liking.
Now coming to this heavenly dessert - the Chocolate Fondant. It is topped with ice-cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Dig your spoon, and the chocolate starts flowing out; one bite, and I couldn't stop until I finished it all by myself!
This place is definitely worth checking out. The staff is courteous too!
The portion size that you see in some of the photos was for a group of bloggers (since we did not order individually), and when you order, the portion size may differ.
